We’re excited to announce that we’ll be Children’s Museum of Manhattan tomorrow, Saturday 3/9 doing Storytime yoga from 10am to 4pm, in celebration of Navroz- the New Year and beginning of Spring. Join us as we read a book about the celebration and incorporate movement, mindfulness and joy!

Also a reminder that our Sunday Family yoga class Jill Lindsey store will be at 10am this month- rise and shine and get the kinks out as a family! Jill will be there early making coffee/ lattes for those weary-eyed parents needing fuel from that an extra hour of sleep we’ll have lost to DST ??.
