Week II of Mindful Art camp off to a great start. We’re making Hanging Moon Art garlands. It’s always so amazing to see the kids explore and discover themselves through art.

At the end of two hours of yoga, art, lots of breaths and savasana, I asked if they felt different and one of the kids said, “I feel less angry.” This is the work and they are the future. ?

Tuesday/Thursdays for kids 6 years and up, two options (all times are EDT):
• 10am-12pm, morning session
• 1:30pm-3:30pm, afternoon session

Wednesday mornings for kids 3.5 years to 6 years, adult supervision required:
• 10am-11:30am, morning session
