Family Fun Nite yoga postponed
Since the beautiful weather is not sticking around through Friday, we’re postponing our Friday Family Fun Nite @elkcafebk until after the tents go up in November!
Please check back with us for our new date!

We’ll be having yoga class @elkcafebk today! We’ll be jumping, hopping, maybe even going upside down to warm up and clear the mind;). Dress warm, we’ll use the wonderful heat lamps in the backyard to stay cozy too!

It may be a holiday and no school but we think that’s the best time to do some yoga!!
