Summer is here, camp starts next week.
We’re offering an online Mindful Art camp to explore emotions and color through process art, incorporating elements of nature, while building community as we create and discuss art, together. We’ll incorporate yoga to connect with our bodies and as energy release; mindfulness and breath-work to calm bodies; and savasana (rest time) as a sweet pause at the end of our session- this camp is great for artists, yogis and curious adventurers!
Join us for one week, two or more– whatever is best for your family!
Tuesday/Thursdays for kids 6 years and up, two options (all times are EDT):
• 10am-12pm, morning session
• 1:30pm-3:30pm, afternoon session
Wednesday mornings for kids 3.5 years to 6 years, adult supervision required:
• 10am-11:30am, morning session
