Looks like we’re rained out for class tomorrow in Prospect Park.
Play “Yogi Says”- calling out yoga poses- to pass the time & burn energy! Throw in some dancing with fun music in between to turn it up a notch;). Just don’t forget to end with savasana, quiet time, to balance out the energy and connect mind, body and breath.
